A
truly unique and 1 of a kind piece. This hand-carved
and painted wall plaque celebrates the moon or “Chandra”. Lots
of great detail includes a peacock bottom and dragons on

This
is a mix whose highlights are Tibetan Singing Bowls of which
we sell
a
variety ranging in price from $30 to $175. They are
all authentic, come
with
a stick to make them “sing” and visually stunning. Many
are decorated with various symbols and embellished with 100%
gold paint. An old Tibetan teapot is in the background,
about 2’
high
for the famous Tibetan “butter”
tea.

Jewelry
makes up about 25% of all we sell. These pieces include
Tibetan turquoise and other stones all in sterling silver with
a selection of prayer beads or “malas” both for neck and wrist
below. The prayer beads start at $10 and the jewelry is
always a fair market price. |

Left to right, Tibetan bone skull mala @
$35 and skull wrist mala @ $12. In the center is a
fantastic Lapis Lazuli, coral and sterling Tibetan style
necklace with matching earrings. There are not multiples
available and the necklace is $195. You have to see
it and feel it to really appreciate the value. The
earrings are $17 and I’m sure if a customer were to buy
the necklace and the earrings, we could offer a discount.
Last is a necklace and bracelet of Tibetan turquoise spaced
with sterling
silver beads. Each turquoise nugget
is smooth and different, although never clashing in color.
They are well-priced at $58 for the necklace and $19 for
the bracelet. The rings are plain Jade and Tibetan
turquoise bands @ $12 each

Colorful
tank tops in 100% cotton are a staple for both the hot Texas
summer and for layering with other tops or Yoga class.
These are colorfast and machine washable and very stretchy.
They are one-size and will go from size 0 to 12 or 14.
In the picture is the swirly design but we also have many with
the “OM” design, both printed and stitched, and a paisley design
and a zebra-like design. The clothes change with the season
and the availability on each buying trip. These are $10 |

We
sell many different kinds of bags – large and small. These
are tapestry on the front and sturdy black cloth on the back.
All have zipper closings and various zipper pockets within.
The fun thing about the tapestry bags is that each one is unique,
made from assorted tapestries and put together in piecework
fashion. We also sell natural hemp bags, cotton bags,
monk’s bags and sack-like “baba bags” and many others.

This
is a famous Nepalese knife sometimes
referred
to as a “Ladies’ Knife” because it is in the shape used
by rural Nepalese women throughout the countryside to cut
grasses every morning to feed their animals. The women
fill baskets on their backs till they are taller than they
are and trudge, barefoot, home while smiling, laughing and
singing. The knife, 1 of a kind, is made of inlaid
horn and is truly beautiful. We usually carry a selection
of famous Ghurka Army knives, Kukhuri knives and all different
styles and prices. This one is 14” and $150

hexagonal box is lined in red velvet. It is copper,
brass and silver and depicts Buddha and various Gods
of
Good Fortune. Every design has a message and it is highly

painted metal mask depicts a Cheppu. It is made in
Nepal, 1 of a kind, and for good luck. The image adorns

is a bone Tibetan mala or prayer bead necklace. It has
a carved “bell
and
dorje counters” on the sides used for counting the number
of times one has gone all the way around the necklace.
We sell this type in a small, medium and large bead size.

finish
is smooth, lustrous dark brown and the price of the large
is $45, medium is $34 and small is $25. We
sell

“OM” in the Devangeri script.
This is the same alphabet as
Hindi and Nepali. We also have

standing Prayer Wheel: Standing Tibetan prayer wheel inlaid

sits on a stand of bronze metal which

Inside the cylinder are prayers printed on rolled up cloth,
repeating the mantra, "om mani padme hum" (hail to
the jewel in the lotus) To use it, one holds the small handle
and spins the wheel clockwise. Every revolution sends blessings
